Finnur Jónsson (Skj) assigns these anonymous fragments (Anon (SnE) 2-3), cited in Skm (SnE), to the tenth century, but that dating cannot be confirmed. They are preserved in mss R (main ms.), Tˣ, W, U, A and C.
