The new edition is either unpublished or unavailable. The following is taken from an old edition (Skj where relevant):

Eiríkur blóðöx ætlaði að vera yfirkonungur allra bræðra sinna
og svo vildi og Haraldur konungur vera láta. Voru þeir feðgar
löngum ásamt.

Rögnvaldur réttilbeini átti Haðaland. Hann nam fjölkynngi og
gerðist seiðmaður. Haraldi konungi þóttu illir seiðmenn. Á
Hörðalandi var sá seiðmaður er hét Vitgeir. Konungur sendi
honum orð og bað hann hætta seið.

Hann svaraði og kvað:

Það er vá lítil,

að vér síðum,

karla börn

og kerlinga,

er Rögnvaldr síðr

réttilbeini,

hróðmögr Haralds

á Haðalandi.

En er Haraldur konungur heyrði þetta sagt þá með hans ráði
fór Eiríkur blóðöx til Upplanda og kom á Haðaland. Hann
brenndi inni Rögnvald bróður sinn með átta tigu seiðmanna og
var það verk lofað mjög.

Guðröður ljómi var um veturinn með Þjóðólfi í Hvini
fósturföður sínum á kynnisókn og hafði skútu alskipaða og
vildi hann fara norður á Rogaland. Þá lögðust á stormar
miklir en Guðröði var títt um ferð sína og lét hann illa um
dvölina.

Þá kvað Þjóðólfur:

Fariða þér áðr fleyja

flatvöllr héðan batnar,

verpr Geitis vegr grjóti,

Guðröðr, um sjá stóran.

Vindbýsna skaltu, vísi

víðfrægr, héðan bíða.

Verið með oss, uns verði

veðr, nú er brim fyr Jaðri.

Guðröður fór sem áður hvað sem Þjóðólfur mælti. En er þeir
komu fyrir Jaðar þá kafði skipið undir þeim og létust þar
allir.
