The new edition is either unpublished or unavailable. The following is taken from an old edition (Skj where relevant):

Magnús konungur hélt um veturinn austur í Vík en er voraði
hélt hann suður til Hallands og herjaði þar víða. Þá brenndi
hann þar Viskardal og fleiri héruð. Fékk hann þar fé mikið og
fór síðan aftur í ríki sitt.

Svo segir Björn hinn krepphendi í Magnússdrápu:

Vítt lét Vörsa drottinn,

varð skjótt rekinn flótti,

hús sveið Hörða ræsir,

Hallands, farið brandi.

Brenndi buðlungr Þrænda,

blés kastar hel fasta,

vakti viskdælsk ekkja,

víðs mörg héruð síðan.

Hér getur þess að Magnús konungur gerði hið mesta hervirki á
Hallandi.
