The new edition is either unpublished or unavailable. The following is taken from an old edition (Skj where relevant):

Haraldur konungur kom liði sínu austur í Vík og lagði inn til
Túnsbergs. Þar var þá kaupstaður. Haraldur konungur hafði þá
verið í Þrándheimi fjóra vetur og komið ekki á þeirri stundu
í Víkina.

Hann spurði þau tíðindi að Eiríkur Svíakonungur Emundarson
hafði lagt undir sig Vermaland og hann tók skatta af öllum
markbyggðum og hann kallaði Vestra-Gautland allt norður til
Svínasunds og hið vestra allt með hafinu, það kallaði
Svíakonungur allt sitt ríki og tók skatta af. Hann hafði þar
sett jarl er kallaður var Hrani hinn gauski. Hann hafði ríki
millum Svínasunds og Gautelfar. Hann var ríkur jarl.

Haraldi konungi var svo sagt frá orðum Svíakonungs að hann
skyldi eigi fyrr létta en hann hefði svo mikið ríki í Víkinni
sem fyrr hafði þar haft Sigurður hringur eða Ragnar loðbrók
sonur hans, en það var Raumaríki og Vestfold allt út til
Grenmars, svo og Vingulmörk og allt suður þaðan. Hafði þá um
öll þessi fylki snúist til hlýðni við Svíakonung margir
höfðingjar og mikið fólk annað.

Þetta líkaði stórilla Haraldi konungi og stefndi hann þing
við bændur þar á Foldinni. Bar hann þá sakir á hendur þeim
bóndum er hann kenndi landráð við sig. Bændur gerðu skyn
fyrir, sumir guldu fé, sumir sættu refsingum. Fór hann svo um
sumarið of það fylki.

Um haustið fór hann upp á Raumaríki og fór þar allt með sama
hætti, að hann lagði undir sig það fylki. Þá spurði hann
öndverðan vetur að Eiríkur Svíakonungur reið um Vermaland að
veislum með hirð sína.
