Hans dótttir hét Ögn. Hróarr var löngum með Norðra konungi
honum til landvarnar ok styrktar, ok var með þeim in mesta
vinátta, ok um síðir gekk Hróarr at eiga Ögn ok settist þar
at ríki með Norðra konungi, mági sínum, en Helgi réð fyrir
Danmörk á föðurleifð þeira. Sævill jarl réð fyrir ríki sínu
ok þau Signý. Hrókr hét sonr þeira. Helgi konungr
Hálfdanarson í Danmörk var ókvæntr. Reginn tók sótt ok deyr.
Þat þótti mönnum mikill skaði, því at hann var vinsæll.
