The new edition is either unpublished or unavailable. The following is taken from an old edition (Skj where relevant):

Ólafur konungur stefndi þing í bænum litlu síðar. Hann gerði
þá bert fyrir allri alþýðu að hann mun leiðangur hafa úti um
sumarið fyrir landi og hann vill nefnd hafa úr hverju fylki
bæði að skipum og liði, segir þá hversu mörg skip hann vill
þaðan hafa úr firðinum. Síðan gerir hann orðsending bæði
norður og suður með landi hið ytra og hið efra og lætur liði
út bjóða. Ólafur konungur lætur þá setja fram Orminn langa og
öll önnur skip sín, bæði stór og smá. Stýrði hann sjálfur
Orminum langa.

Og þá er menn voru þar ráðnir til skipanar þá var þar svo
mjög vandað lið og valið að engi maður skyldi vera á Orminum
langa eldri en sextugur eða yngri en tvítugur en valdir mjög
að afli og hreysti. Þar voru fyrst til skoraðir hirðmenn
Ólafs konungs því að það var valið af innanlands mönnum og
utanlands allt það er sterkast var og fræknast.
