[1] dauða Rǫgnvalds ‘Rǫgnvaldr’s death’: Dauða ‘death’ is in the acc. as part of an impersonal construction (rekit vas ‘was avenged’). Rǫgnvaldr Hallkelsson was the first cousin of King Magnús Erlingsson on his mother’s side (his mother was Ragnhildr Erlingsdóttir).
