[7] þrór (m.) ‘thriver’: Related to the weak verb þróask ‘thrive, grow’. As a boar-name the word occurs only in this þula, but see also Þrór in Þul Óðins 8/4 (see Note there), Þul Dverga 4/5 and Þul Sverða 3/5 (and Note).
