[All]: Non-Norwegian islands listed in this stanza are Lolland (Láland l. 5) in Denmark, Skye (Skíð l. 7), one of the Hebrides, and Vigr, perhaps Weir or Wyre (l. 7) in Orkney. As in some other þulur (e.g. Þul Fugla sts 1, 3), the heiti for islands are arranged according to alliteration (here <s>).
