This is not currently part of the peer-reviewed material of the project. Do not cite as a research publication.

Quotation marks should be single rather than double, except where one set (double) is enclosed within another (single). Commas and other punctuation marks should be outside quotation marks, not inside, and there should be no comma before ‘and’ in a series or before ‘etc.’
