IV. How to enter material in the bibliography

This is not currently part of the peer-reviewed material of the project. Do not cite as a research publication.

As stated above, all parenthetical and other in-text references should be keyed to an alphabetical list of works cited (entitled Bibliography), located at the end of your text, except where you are using those agreed abbreviated references listed above, which may appear in abbreviated form in your copy.

Before we proceed to describe the required format for bibliographical entries, there are several general remarks and conventions to be noted over and above those already listed earlier in this chapter.
