This is not currently part of the peer-reviewed material of the project. Do not cite as a research publication.
The format is, e.g. Almqvist 1965, 53 n. or (where there is more than one note on the page) Almqvist 1965, 53 n. 4 (# with space between the page number, 'n.', and the note number). If the source itself uses 'anm.', this should be retained, not replaced by English 'n.'.
