This is not currently part of the peer-reviewed material of the project. Do not cite as a research publication.
a. Changes since version 1.0:
i. Removed upper-half square brackets.
ii. Added the following characters: Â, Ù, Û, Ë, Ï, ù.
iii. Added combining diacritic for double-acute accents on capitals (e.g. O±)
iv. Tightened spacing for curly brackets/ braces.
b. Changes version 2.0-2.3:
i. Removed angled brackets [2.1]
ii. Added combining diacritic for an upper hook mark on capitals (e.g. O») [2.1]
iii. Added superscript x character (x) [2.2]
iv. Added short slash character (¡) [2.3]
