Herstillis þarfk hylli;
hǫlf eru vǫld und Kalfi.

Þarfk hylli herstillis; hǫlf vǫld eru und Kalfi.

I need the favour of the troop-controller [KING]; half the dominion is in Kálfr’s hands.
