Anon Nkt 53II/8 — bróðir ‘the brother’

Nú es heldr,
svát halla tekr,
jǫfra at telja:
hét Magnús
mǫgr Sigurðar
en Haraldr bróðir.

Nú es heldr at telja ævilok jǫfra, svát tekr halla: heiptargjarn mǫgr Sigurðar hét Magnús en bróðir Haraldr.

Now I shall indeed recount the deaths of princes, so that it begins to draw to a close: the vengeance-eager son of Sigurðr [= Magnús] was called Magnús and the brother Haraldr.
