Öld várkynni mier grátinn minn,’ kvað ítrust jungfrú með tárum, ‘yndið er líf yðvart með iðran synda,’ segir gimsteinn vífa. ‘Jésús Naðarénus náði bráðum dauða að vilja sínum fyrir nauðsyn yðra; biðið syndalausnar og yndis konungs sólar.’
