[7] skunpr: A hap. leg. and an obscure word. It is possible that skunpr is a corrupt form of skunkr (so LP: skunkr), which could be related to New Norw. skunka ‘push, set in motion’, ModSwed. dialects skunka ‘spring, swing, set in motion’ (ÍO: skunkur).
