Anon Sól 72VII/5 — af

Menn sá ek þá,        er móður höfðu
        látit mat í munn;
hvílur þeira        váru á himingeislum
        hafðar hagliga.

Ek sá menn þá, er höfðu látit mat í munn móður; hvílur þeira váru hafðar hagliga á himingeislum.

I saw men then who had placed food in the mouth of their mothers [lit. mother]; their resting-places were comfortably appointed on heavenly rays.
