Þá einn dag , er þeir bræður voru á eintali allir um þeirra ráðhag , hvað sem þeir vildu þá helst forma , því að þeir þóttist sanna fregn af því fengið hafa að keisarinn Maximíanus mundi vera á ferð kominn með óflýjanda her til þess að fyrirkoma heilagri trú , Og allir þeir sem við trúnni hefðu tekið myndu eigi þola á sínum líkama bæði písl og dauða , og eigi síður mundi hann vilja hefnast á honum sjálfum fyrir þann skaða er heiðingjar hafa kært á Georgíum .
