text and translation

The new edition is either unpublished or unavailable. The following is taken from an old edition (Skj where relevant):

Það var einn kvinna er fastaði við brauð og vatn fyrir Marju messu Magdalena hver er henni vitraðist í svefni svo segjandi til hennar að hún skyldi engan pardun taka fyrir sína föstu fyrr en hún væri leyst af þeim syndum og skriftuð af þeim er hún hafði lengi í legið " því að þín fasta líkar hvorki Guði né mér svo lengi sem þú geymir þær hjá þér " .

Text is based on reconstruction from the base text and variant apparatus and may contain alternative spellings and other normalisations not visible in the manuscript text. Transcriptions may not have been checked and should not be cited.
