‘Peter obtained from the keeper of the heavens [= God] the highest authority next to the mother of God [= Mary] for all time, the seat of honour of the Apostles. Let the entire flock of Christ give glory and honour and veneration to the highest Lord with ardent love in heaven and on earth.’
