Og því að mörgum mönnum var kunnigt nær og fjarri að hin sæla María Magdalena hafði af hinum heilaga Maximíanusi biskupi grafin verið í Aqvenses héraði og þar voru varðveitt hennar virðuligu bein , gerði fyrrnefndur hertogi Geirarður og Heydo ábóti , er þá var yfir skipaður klaustrið í Viciliaco , það ráð með samþykki að senda þann munk er Baldelo er nefndur með fullkominni góðfýsi og fengnu föruneyti í borgina Aqvensem , að hann flytti helgan dóm sællar Maríu Magdalenu eða nokkuð af hennar limum til þeirra í fyrrnefndan stað ef guðlig mildi vildi styrkja þessa ætlan .
