En þessi orð Drottins , er hann mælti í guðspjalli , skulum vér svo skilja , að hann hafi svo ljóslega mælt : Þótt ér megið það skilja , að sú mær er sæl , er mig bar og fæddi sér á brjósti , þá skulum vér eigi minna virða atferð hennar góða , þá er hún vildi vita Guðs orð og halda þau síðan .
