[1-2]: Both these lines are irregular metrically, l. 1 being hypermetrical, and l. 2 hypometrical. Previous eds have rearranged them in various ways in order to achieve metrical regularity; Edd. Min., Hálf 1909 and Skj B have Munu Úlfs synir | øfri verða, while Skald has Munu þeir øfri, | Úlfs synir, verða, but this latter is unmetrical.
