et quia non uitium omne in contextu orationis soloecismus dicitur sunt enim quaedam orationis uitia quae a rhetoribus uitantur uerbi gratia si sit contraria qua melius aduersarius uteretur si superuacua quae neque attentum neque docilem neque beniuolum facit auditorem praeterea si nimis longa uel obscura fiat oratio prouide subintulit ipsum uitium contra regulam artis grammaticae prolatum uel factum euidenter ostendens non contra artem rhetoricam sed contra grammaticam uitium soloecismi factum.
