The new edition is either unpublished or unavailable. The following is taken from an old edition (Skj where relevant):

ÞorSka Þenna vetur er nú var frá sagt ríður Þorsteinn Árnason og Finnur af Sámsstöðum miðvikudag í efstuviku út á Hítarnes. Bað Þorsteinn Þórð að hann riði með þeim til Staðar að leita um sættir með þeim Þorgilsi. Riðu þeir nú til Staðar skírdag. Leitaði Þórður eftir við Þorgils ef hann vildi nokkura sæmd unna Þorsteini fyrir handarhöggið, taldi það til að hann hafði sótt á fund hans nær einn saman og það annað að þá stóð yfir svo mikill miskunnartími sakir píningar vors herra Jesú krists. Og var Þorgils heldur treglegur í fyrstu en þó lauk svo að þeir sættust og skyldi Þorgils dæma. Sættust þeir þá með fullu og var mælt fyrir tryggðum. Þorgils gerði fimmtán hundruð og féllu niður sum fyrir gagnsakir og hét honum sínu vinfengi og fulltingi.
