The new edition is either unpublished or unavailable. The following is taken from an old edition (Skj where relevant):

Eftir þetta hittast þeir höfðingjarnir, Þorvarður og Önundur, og réðu það með sér að hverfa að báðir samt og fóru norður til Reykjadals og höfðu nær fimm tigu manna og settust í bú á Helgastöðum. En er Eyjólfur frá það þá safnaði hann sér mönnum og ræðst þar til með honum Sigurður búi hans Styrkársson og Ísleifur og Ásbjörn bræður Eyjólfs, Kleppjárn Klængsson er átti Ingiríði systur Sigurðar. Þar var og við Eyjólfi Hjálmur Ásbjarnarson frá Vesturhópi og Ásgrímur Gilsson úr Vatnsdal, hann átti Járngerði systur Eyjólfs, Már Guðmundarson, náfrændi Eyjólfs. Hann átti Helgu dóttur Snorra Kálfssonar. En með Önundi var Einar Hallsson af Möðruvöllum. Þeir áttu bæði saman guðorð og frændsemi. Þá höfðu hvorirtveggju setur fjölmennar. Þá fór Eyjólfur á Helgastaði og máttu þeir eigi sættast því að hvorirtveggju kölluðust allt eiga það er þeir deildu um og urðu engi miðlunarmál með þeim því að hvorigir vildu láta né eitt af sínu máli og varð það síðan að stefnuför og stefndi Eyjólfur Önundi um afneyslu fjárins og kallaði síns neytt vera. En Þorvarði stefndi Már Guðmundarson og stefnt var sonum Önundar tveimur, Hámundi og Vigfúsi, og þeim manni er Valgarður hét. Þeir bjuggu mál til Vaðlaþings.
