The new edition is either unpublished or unavailable. The following is taken from an old edition (Skj where relevant):

Skeggi hét maður er bjó á Skarfsstöðum son Gamla Skeggjasonar skammhöndungs. Hann var son Herdísar systur Grettis Ásmundarsonar. Skeggi var vitur maður og gildur bóndi. Þóroddur hét annar son Gamla er bjó í Þjóðólfshöfn. Hann var góður bóndi. Son hans hét Vilmundur. Einar hét hinn þriðji son Gamla er bjó í Miðfirði. Hann átti Sigríði Kálfsdóttur systur Snorra. Helga hét enn dóttir Gamla er átti Þórarinn Króksfjörður. Þeirra synir voru þeir Jón, Þorsteinn og Oddur. Þeir voru miklir menn og sterkir. Þá bjó í Hvammi Þorkell prestur, góður bóndi. Hann átti Þórunni Ormsdóttur. Þeirra synir voru þeir Guðmundur og Bjarni. Þeir voru gervilegir menn. En er Þorkell andaðist þá eyddist fé fyrir þeim bræðrum og seldu þeir landið Böðvari Barkarsyni. Gunnvarður hét prestur útlendur. Þessi voru börn hans: Ásólfur og Aðalríkur og Margrét. Þeir voru þriflegir menn og fóru með verkakaup um sumrum.
