The new edition is either unpublished or unavailable. The following is taken from an old edition (Skj where relevant):

Þá sendi Ögmundr menn eftir Brandi ábóta, ok reið hann skjótliga í Kirkjubæ. Váru þeir bræðr þá jarðaðir, ok stóð hann yfir grefti þeira. Ögmundr leggr þetta mál undir Brand ábóta ok þá Skóga-Skeggja.

Þeir gera níu tigu hundraða fyrir hvárn þeira bræðra, en þrjá tigu hundraða fyrir handhöggit Svarts. En Ögmundr skyldi eigi vera þrimr náttum lengr á Síðu, nema hann færi í klaustr í Þykkvabæ. En Jón karl skyldi suðr ganga ok vera utan þrjá vetr. Þeir Árni ok Þorsteinn skyldu fara utan ok koma eigi til Íslands, meðan þeir lifði.

Þeir Jón ok Þorsteinn fóru utan á einu skipi ok ætluðu at ganga suðr. Þá leysir fótinn undan Jóni í knéliðnum, ok dó hann af því, en Þorsteinn settist aftr ok kom hann eigi til Íslands. Árni fór utan á skipi Sindra ok lézt þar.

Ögmundr galt þetta fé, sem á kveðit var. Um várit fór Ögmundr byggðum í Dal undir Eyjafjöll ok hafði þá lítil efni ok með honum Egill skyrhnakkr ok Snorri sveimr.

En í Kirkjubæ fór Arnórr prestr, er kallaðr var skull, at ráði Brands ábóta.
