The new edition is either unpublished or unavailable. The following is taken from an old edition (Skj where relevant):

En Geirmundr fór þá þegar út ok kom skipi sínu í Breiðafjörð ok var í Búðardal inn fyrsta vetr, er hann var á Íslandi. En um várit nam hann land frá Búðardalsá ok til Fábeinsár ok setti þar bústað sinn, er nú heitir á Geirmundarstöðum.



Geirmundr bóndi var stórmenni mikit ok helt aldri færi menn en átta tigu vígra karla með sér á Geirmundarstöðum. Hann átti ok fjögur bú önnur. Var eitt bú hans í Aðalvík í Ísafirði, annat í Kjaransvík. Þar var fyrir Kjaran, þræll Geirmundar, ok hafði Kjaran tólf þræla undir sér. It þriðja bú átti Geirmundr í Almenningum inum vestrum. Þat varðveitti Björn, þræll hans. Björn varð síðan sekr um sauðatöku, ok urðu almenningar sektarfé hans. It fjórða bú Geirmundar varðveitti Atli, þræll hans, ok hafði hann ok tólf þræla undir sér sem Kjaran. Ok þjónuðu þessi öll búin þar undir þat, er hann sjálfr helt kostnað af á Geirmundarstöðum.
