The new edition is either unpublished or unavailable. The following is taken from an old edition (Skj where relevant):

Þorkell hét maður er bjó í Krossavík. Hann var Geitisson.
Hann var hið mesta afarmenni og harðfengur og kallaður
ofurhugi. Hann var þá ókvæntur er þessi saga gerðist. Systir
hans óx upp með honum er Oddný hét, allra kvenna vænst,
hverri konu hagari. Þó var mikill mállaki á ráði hennar. Hún
hafði ekki mál og var með því alin. Þau unnust mikið systkin.

Þorkell átt þræl einn, útlendan að öllu kyni, er Freysteinn
hét. Hann var hvorki ljótur né illur viðureignar sem aðrir
þrælar heldur var hann gæfur og góður viðurskiptis og nálega
hverjum manni vænni. Því var hann kallaður Freysteinn hinn
fagri.

Krumur hét maður. Hann bjó í Krumsholti. Sá bær er nú eyddur.
Hann var Vémundarson, Ásbjarnarsonar, Krumssonar hins gamla.
Krumur hinn gamli fór af Vors búferli til Íslands. Hann nam
land á Hafranesi inn til Þernuness og allt hið ytra, bæði
Skrúð og aðrar úteyjar og inn öðrumegin að Þernunesi. Krumur
hinn yngri átti þá konu er Þórgunna hét og var
Þorsteinsdóttir, Veturliðasonar, Ásbjarnarsonar, göfugs manns
af Beitsstöðum, Ólafssonar langháls, Bjarnarsonar reyðarsíðu.
Þórgunna var vitur kona og meðallagi vinsæl, mjög
margkunnandi, ekki fríð en forn í skapi, heldur harðlynd og
þó örskiptamaður. Krumur var óríkur maður. Miseldri mikið var
með þeim hjónum. Var Þórgunna þá roskin kona er þetta ævintýr
gerðist. Þau áttu ekki barn svo að sögur gangi af.
