gæti-Njǫrðr, sás gerði,
geirbríkar, frið slíkan.

{Engi ættum góðr gæti-Njǫrðr {geirbríkar}} varð á jǫrðu, sás gerði slíkan frið, nema Fróði.
 
‘No well-descended guarding-Njǫrðr <god> of the spear-board [SHIELD > WARRIOR] lived on earth who made such peace, except Fróði.

Fsk cites this stanza following st. 15 and introduces it by remarking that peace and fertility prevailed.
