The new edition is either unpublished or unavailable. The following is taken from an old edition (Skj where relevant):

Eftir þetta batnar Þorvarði skjótt. Þá er hann þóttist
afturbati ríður hann á Mel og býður Kormáki hólmgöngu.

Kormákur mælti: "Seint leiðist þér en játti eg."

Nú fara þeir til hólms. Finnur Þórdís Þorvarð nú sem fyrr.
Kormákur sækir ekki hennar traust. Hún deyfði fyrir Kormáki
sverðið svo að ekki beit en þó hjó Kormákur svo mikið högg á
öxl Þorvarði að axlarbeinið brotnaði og varð höndin þegar
ónýt. Varð hann af þessum lemstrum óvígur og hlaut að gjalda
annan baug í hólmlausn.

Þá hljóp að Þórólfur undan Spákonufelli og hjó til Kormáks.

Hann bar af sér höggið og kvað þá vísu:

Rjóðandi lét randa

ryðskálm of mér fálma,

fægi eg Fjölnis veigar,

fnasi hann vesalstr manna

og þrumskúrar þeirar

það varð hlaup að skaupi

víst hafðir mér voðir

verr spákonu ferri.

Kormákur hjó blótnaut eftir siðvenju og mælti: "Illa erum vér
við komnir að þola ágang yðvarn en fjölkynngi Þórdísar" og
kvað vísu:

Deyfði eldi öldu

örg vættr fyr mér törgu,

læt eg niðr á bak bíta

blaðshund að hjörfundi.

Dugðit hjör þá er hugðag

hjálmrækjanda að sækja.

Högg hlaut huglaus dugga

helsti stinn að minni.

Eftir það fara hvorir til síns heima og líkar hvorigum vel.
