The new edition is either unpublished or unavailable. The following is taken from an old edition (Skj where relevant):

Eiríkur jarl var í fyrirrúmi á skipi sínu og var þar fylkt
með skjaldborg. Var þá bæði þar höggorusta og spjótum lagt og
kastað öllu því er til vopna var en sumir skutu bogaskoti eða
handskoti. Var þá svo mikill vopnaburður á Orminn að varla
mátti hlífum fyrir sig koma er svo þykkt flugu spjót og örvar
því að öllum megin lögðu herskip að Orminum. En menn Ólafs
konungs voru þá svo óðir að þeir hljópu upp á borðin til þess
að ná með sverðshöggum að drepa fólkið en margir lögðu eigi
svo undir Orminn að þeir vildu í höggorustu vera. En Ólafs
menn gengu flestir út af borðunum og gáðu eigi annars en þeir
berðust á sléttum velli og sukku niður með vopnum sínum.

Svo segir Hallfreður:

Sukku niðr af naðri,

naddfárs í böð sárir,

baugs, gerðut við vægjast,

verkendr meginserkjar.

Vanr mun Ormr, þótt Ormi

alldýr konungr stýri,

hvars hann skríðr með lið lýða,

lengi slíkra drengja.
