The new edition is either unpublished or unavailable. The following is taken from an old edition (Skj where relevant):

Maður er nefndur Árni Armóðsson. Hann átti Þóru dóttur Þorsteins gálga. Þau voru börn þeirra: Kálfur, Finnur, Þorbergur, Ámundi, Kolbjörn, Arnbjörn, Árni, Ragnhildur. Hana átti Hárekur úr Þjóttu.

Árni var lendur maður, ríkur og ágætur, vinur mikill Ólafs konungs. Þá voru með Ólafi konungi synir hans Kálfur og Finnur, voru þar í miklum metnaði.

Kona sú er átt hafði Ölvir á Eggju var ung og fríð, ættstór og auðig. Þótti sá kostur ágætagóður en forráð hennar hafði þá konungur. Þau Ölvir áttu tvo sonu unga.

Kálfur Árnason beiddist þess af konungi að hann gifti honum konu þá er Ölvir hafði átt og fyrir vináttu sakir veitti konungur honum það og þar með eignir þær allar er Ölvir hafði átt. Gerði konungur hann þá lendan mann, fékk honum þá umboð sitt inn um Þrándheim. Gerðist Kálfur þá höfðingi mikill og var maður forvitri.
