The new edition is either unpublished or unavailable. The following is taken from an old edition (Skj where relevant):


Þá sigldi Ólafur konungur til Danmerkur. Hitti hann þar Þorkel hinn háva bróður Sigvalda jarls og réðst Þorkell til ferðar með honum því að hann var þá búinn áður að fara í hernað. Sigldu þeir þá suður fyrir Jótlandssíðu og þar sem heitir Suðurvík og unnu þeir víkingaskip mörg. En víkingar þeir er jafnan lágu úti og réðu fyrir liði miklu létu sig konunga kalla þótt þeir ættu engi lönd til forráða. Lagði Ólafur konungur þar til bardaga. Varð þar orusta mikil. Fékk þar Ólafur konungur sigur og fé mikið.


Svo segir Sighvatur:



Enn kváðu gram Gunnar
galdrs upphöfum valda,
dýrð frá eg þeim er vel varðist,
vinnast, fjórða sinni,
þá er ólítill úti
jöfra liðs á miðli
friðr gekk sundr í slíðri
Suðrvík, Dönum kuðri.
