Sveinn konungur Úlfsson varð sóttdauður tíu vetrum eftir fall
Haraldanna. Þar næst var konungur í Danmörk Haraldur hein
sonur hans fjóra vetur, þá Knútur sonur Sveins annar sjö
vetur og er sannheilagur, þá Ólafur hinn þriðji sonur Sveins
átta vetur, þá Eiríkur góði fjórði sonur Sveins konungs enn
átta vetur.
Ólafur Noregskonungur fékk Ingiríðar dóttur Sveins
Danakonungs en Ólafur Danakonungur Sveinsson fékk Ingigerðar
dóttur Haralds konungs, systur Ólafs Noregskonungs.
Ólafur Haraldsson, er sumir kölluðu Ólaf kyrra en margir Ólaf
bónda, hann gat son við Þóru Jónsdóttur. Sá var nefndur
Magnús. Var sá sveinn hinn fríðasti sýnum og allmannvænn. Óx
hann upp í hirð konungs.
