The new edition is either unpublished or unavailable. The following is taken from an old edition (Skj where relevant):

Það var siður forn í Noregi að konungshásæti var á miðjum
langpalli. Var öl um eld borið. En Ólafur konungur lét fyrst
gera sitt hásæti á hápalli um þvera stofu. Hann lét og fyrst
gera ofnstofur og strá gólf um vetur sem um sumar.

Um daga Ólafs konungs hófust mjög kaupstaðir í Noregi en
sumir settust að upphafi. Ólafur konungur setti kaupstað í
Björgyn. Gerðist þar brátt mikið setur auðigra manna og
tilsiglingar kaupmanna af öðrum löndum. Hann lét reisa þar af
grundvelli Kristskirkju, hina miklu steinkirkju, og var að
henni lítið gert en hann lét algera trékirkjuna. Ólafur
konungur lét setja Miklagildi í Niðarósi og mörg önnur í
kaupstöðum en áður voru þar hvirfingsdrykkjur. Þá var
Bæjarbót hin mikla hvirfingsklokka í Niðarósi.
Hvirfingsbræður létu þar gera Margrétarkirkju, steinkirkju.

Á dögum Ólafs konungs hófust skytningar og leiðsludrykkjur í
kaupstöðum. Og þá tóku menn upp sundurgerðir, höfðu
drambhosur lerkaðar að beini, sumir spenntu gullhringum um
fótleggi sér og þá höfðu menn dragkyrtla, lás að síðu, ermar
fimm alna langar og svo þröngvar að draga skyldi við
handtugli og lerka allt að öxl upp, hávir skúar og allir
silkisaumaðir en sumir gulllagðir. Mörg önnur sundurgerð var
þá.
