The new edition is either unpublished or unavailable. The following is taken from an old edition (Skj where relevant):

Eftir það hélt Sigurður konungur liðinu til Lissibónar. Það
er borg mikil á Spáni og hálf kristin en hálf heiðin. Þar
skilur Spán kristna og Spán heiðna. Eru þau héruð heiðin öll
er vestur liggja þaðan. Þar átti Sigurður konungur hina
þriðju orustu við heiðna menn og hafði sigur, fékk þar fé
mikið.

Svo segir Halldór skvaldri:

Suðr vóst sigr hinn þriðja,

snjallr, við borg þá er kalla,

lofðungs kundr er lenduð,

Lissibón, að fróni.

Þá hélt Sigurður konungur liðinu vestur fyrir Spán heiðna og
lagði til borgar þeirrar er kölluð er Alkasse og átti þar
fjórðu orustu við heiðna menn og vann borgina, drap þar mart
fólk svo að hann eyddi borgina. Þeir fengu þar ófa mikið fé.

Svo segir Halldór skvaldri:

Út frá eg yðr, þar er heitir

Alkasse, styr hvassan,

fólkþeysandi, fýsast

fjórða sinn að vinna

Og enn þetta:

Unnið frá eg í einni

eyddri borg til sorga,

hitti her á flótta,

heiðins vífs, að drífa.
