The new edition is either unpublished or unavailable. The following is taken from an old edition (Skj where relevant):

Þá safnaði Magnús konungur liði saman, stefndi til sín
lendum mönnum og ríkum bóndum, aflaði sér langskipa. En er
lið það kom saman þá var það hið fríðasta og allvel búið.
Hann hafði sjö tigu skipa er hann sigldi af Noregi.

Svo segir Þjóðólfur:

Djarft neyttir þú, drottinn

dólgstrangr, skipa langra,

af því að ýtar höfðu

austr sjö tigu flausta.

Suðr gnauðuðu súðir.

Segl hýnd við stag rýndu.

Vík skar vandlangt eiki.

Vísundr hneigði þröm sveigðan.

Hér getur þess að Magnús konungur hafði þá Vísund hinn mikla
er hinn helgi Ólafur konungur hafði gera látið. Hann var meir
en þrítugur að rúmatali. Var á framstafni vísundarhöfuð en
aftur sporður. Var höfuðið og sporðurinn og báðir svírarnir
allt gulllagt.

Þess getur Arnór jarlaskáld.

Ljótu dreif á lyfting utan

lauðri. Bifðist gullið rauða,

fastlegr hneigði furu geystri

fyris garmr, um skeiðar stýri.

Stirðum hélstu um Stafangr norðan

stálum. Bifðust fyrir álar.

Uppi glóðu élmars typpi,

eldi lík, í Danaveldi.

Magnús konungur sigldi út af Ögðum og yfir til Jótlands.

Svo segir Arnór:

Segja mun eg, hve Sygna

snarfengjan bar þengil

hallr og hrími sollinn

hléborðs vísundr norðan.

Setti bjóðr að breiðu

brynþings, fetilstinga

fús tók öld við æsi

Jótlandi, gramr, branda.
