The new edition is either unpublished or unavailable. The following is taken from an old edition (Skj where relevant):

Eftir um vorið fóru þeir Ólafur út í Víkina og tóku þar konungsskyldir, dvöldust þar langa hríð um sumarið. Erlingur jarl spurði það og hélt liði sínu austur til móts við þá og varð fundur þeirra austan fjarðar þar sem heitir á Stöngum. Varð þar orusta mikil og hafði Erlingur sigur. Þar féll Sigurður agnhöttur og mart af Ólafs mönnum en Ólafur kom á flótta. Fór hann síðan suður til Danmerkur og var hinn næsta vetur eftir á Jótlandi í Álaborg.

En eftir um vorið fékk Ólafur sótt þá er hann leiddi til bana og er hann þar jarðaður að Maríukirkju og kalla Danir hann helgan.
