The new edition is either unpublished or unavailable. The following is taken from an old edition (Skj where relevant):

Björnólfur hét maður, en annar Hróaldur; þeir voru synir
Hrómundar Gripssonar; þeir fóru af Þelamörk fyrir víga sakir
og staðfestust í Dalsfirði á Fjölum. Sonur Björnólfs var Örn,
faðir þeirra Ingólfs og Helgu, en Hróalds son var Hróðmar,
faðir Leifs.

Þeir Ingólfur og Leifur fóstbræður fóru í hernað með sonum
Atla jarls hins mjóva af Gaulum, þeim Hásteini og Hersteini
og Hólmsteini. Með þeim fóru öll skipti vel, og er þeir komu
heim, mæltu þeir til samfara með sér annað sumar.

En um veturinn gerðu þeir fóstbræður veislu sonum jarlsins.
Að þeirri veislu strengdi Hólmsteinn heit, að hann skyldi
eiga Helgu Arnardóttur eða öngva konu ella. Um þessa
heitstrenging fannst mönnum fátt, en Leifur roðnaði á að sjá,
og varð fátt um með þeim Hólmsteini, er þeir skildu þar að
boðinu.
