Harald konung dreymdi enn um nótt að hann var í Niðarósi
og hitti Ólaf konung bróður sinn og kvað hann vísu fyrir
honum:



Gramr vó frægr til fremdar

flestan sigr hinn digri.

Hlaut eg því að heima sátum

heilagt fall til vallar.

Uggi eg enn að, tyggi,

yðr muni feigð um byrjuð.

Trölls gefið fákum fyllar

fíks. Veldra guð slíku.


Margir aðrir draumar voru þá sagðir og annars konar
fyrirburðir og flestir dapurlegir. Haraldur konungur, áður
hann færi úr Þrándheimi, hafði þar látið taka til konungs
Magnús son sinn og setti hann til ríkis í Noregi er Haraldur
konungur fór í brott. Þóra Þorbergsdóttir var og eftir en
Ellisif drottning fór með honum og dætur hennar, María og
Ingigerður. Ólafur son Haralds konungs fór og með honum úr
landi.
