Ragnhildi drottning dreymdi drauma stóra en hún var spök að
viti.



Sá var einn draumur er hana dreymdi að hún þóttist vera stödd
í grasgarði sínum og þóttist taka þorn einn úr serk sér. En
er hún hélt á honum þá óx hann svo að það varð teinn mikill
svo að annar endir tók í jörð og varð brátt rótfastur en
annar endir tók hátt í loft upp. Og því næst sýndist henni
tréið svo mikið að hún fékk varla séð yfir upp. Það var og
furðu digurt. Hinn neðsti hlutur trésins var rauður sem blóð
en leggurinn upp fagurgrænn en limarnar hvítar sem snjár. Þá
voru kvistir á trénu margir og stórir, sumir ofar en sumir
neðar. Limar trésins voru svo miklar að henni þóttu dreifast
um allan Noreg og enn miklu víðara.
