The new edition is either unpublished or unavailable. The following is taken from an old edition (Skj where relevant):

Eftir þessa orustu setti Hákon konungur það í lögum um allt
land með sjá og svo langt upp á land sem lax gengur ofarst,
að hann skipaði allri byggð og skipti í skipreiður en hann
skipti skipreiðum í fylki. Var þá ákveðið hversu mörg skip
voru eða hversu stór skyldi út gera úr hverju fylki þá er
almenningur væri úti og skyldi almenningur vera skyldur út að
gera þegar er útlendur her væri í landi. Það skyldi og fylgja
útboði því að vita skyldi gera á hám fjöllum svo að hvern
mætti sjá frá öðrum. Segja menn svo að á sjö nóttum fór
herboðið frá hinum synnsta vita í hina nyrstu þinghá á
Hálogalandi.
