The new edition is either unpublished or unavailable. The following is taken from an old edition (Skj where relevant):

Ólafur tók konungdóm eftir föður sinn. Hann var ríkur maður
og hermaður mikill. Hann var allra manna fríðastur og mestur
vexti. Hann hafði Vestfold því að Álfgeir konungur tók þá
undir sig Vingulmörk alla. Setti hann þar yfir Gandálf konung
son sinn. Þá gengu þeir feðgar mjög á Raumaríki og eignuðust
mestan hlut þess ríkis og fylkis.

Högni hét sonur Eysteins hins ríka Upplendingakonungs. Hann
lagði þá undir sig Heiðmörk alla og Þótn og Haðaland. Þá
hvarf og undan þeim Guðröðarsonum Vermaland og snerust þeir
þá að skattgjöfum til Svíakonungs.

Ólafur var þá á tvítugsaldri er Guðröður konungur andaðist.
En er Hálfdan konungur bróðir hans gekk til ríkis með honum
þá skiptu þeir Vestfold með sér. Hafði Ólafur hinn vestra
hlut en Hálfdan hinn innra. Ólafur konungur hafði að
Geirstöðum aðsetu. Hann tók fótarverk og andaðist þar af og
er hann heygður á Geirstöðum.

Svo segir Þjóðólfur:

Og niðkvísl

í Noregi

þróttar Þrós

of þróast náði.

Réð Ólafr

ofsa forðum

víðri grund

of Vestmari.

Uns fótverkr

við Foldar þröm

vígmiðlung

of viða skyldi.

Nú liggr gunndjarfr

á Geirstöðum

herkonungr

haugi ausinn.
