The new edition is either unpublished or unavailable. The following is taken from an old edition (Skj where relevant):
Þá sendi hann Gefjun norður yfir sundið í landaleitan. Þá kom hún til Gylfa og gaf hann henni eitt plógsland. Þá fór hún í Jötunheima og gat þar fjóra sonu við jötni nokkurum. Hún brá þeim í yxnalíki og færði þá fyrir plóginn og dró landið út á hafið og vestur gegnt Óðinsey og er það kölluð Selund. Þar byggði hún síðan. Hennar fékk Skjöldur sonur Óðins. Þau bjuggu að Hleiðru. Þar er vatn eða sjár eftir. Það er kallað Lögurinn. Svo liggja firðir í Leginum sem nes í Selundi.
Svo kvað Bragi hinn gamli:
Gefjun dró frá Gylfa
glöð djúpröðul öðla,
svo at af rennirauknum
rauk, Danmarkar auka.
Báru yxn og átta
ennitungl, þar er gengu
fyr vineyjar víðri
valrauf, fjögur haufuð.
