Sagðar hefig, kvað bǫlva brigðir
brigðlunduðum erki-Þundi,
beini láðs sem vildar-vinnu
víns kastala íðnir mínar;
veitið mér af skýrleik skjótum
skjóta dygð, ef finnið ljótar
várar gǫrðir, frelsir fyrða
fyrðum þýðr, en ek skal hlýða."
