heims myrkrum frá þeima,
hǫrð munu gjǫld of gjalda
grimleik stafir rimmu;
fásk munu sôr af sôrum,
svá er heldr þars menn feldusk;
koma mun hǫrð fyr harða
hríð ok skamt at bíða.
