Kock tries to solve that crux in various ways (seimstalls ‘of the snake-seat’ is ‘of gold’, NN §2869; seimstalls ‘of the gold-seat’ is ‘of the shield’, NN §3397K). Both interpretations are unparalleled and very strained.
